My first time ordering based on a friend's recommendation. We had a little issue with Slice and DoorDash, which I do not recommend using, however what a wonderful kids went. Excellent customer service. Not only did they take care of me and help me despite a little snafu with the Delivery app, they made the absolute best woodfired beautiful Pizza. I will definitely be a return customer. But to top it off, they were lovely people and great customer service that means a lot to me. .

The margherita pizza was the best! So simple yet so delicious. The staff is friendly and the service was pretty fast. There is not much room for indoor seating so if you have a group, its better to order to go.

Come BACK! Under new ownership, new crew, new menu - their crust and ingredients are nailed down. They are not cutting corners, sourcing fresh ingredients, not mushrooms from a can. Mushroom pizza and add pepperoni for $2 - was more than fair! Pizza takes time to assemble and bake from scratch (this isn't Costco), So walk over to the brewery and have a glass. They will walk your pizza down to the brewery, yup, u read that right. Worth it. Looking forward to watching them grow!

The pizzas are so amazing! I tried the pepperoni and the Nutella and they were both delicious! Pizza gets ready quick in 15 minutes and everyone is super friendly. They don't have a place to sit indoor but there is an outdoor seating shared by other restaurants and it's perfect to order pizza from Ottimo and hang out outside. I have to say the restaurant is very clean and nice.

What a great addition to the Long Beach community. Ottimo's pizzeria did not disappoint from start to finish. We came on a Friday night and Upon walking in we were greeted by staff even though they were clearly busy and filling orders. After Browsing the menu a few minutes we decided on MEATBALL & JALAPEÑO, the FUNGI, and the ENSALADA as a main course. For dessert we got the NUTELLA AND STRAWBERRY as well as the BANANA. MEATBALL AND JALAPEÑO pizza consists of house made tomato sauce, ricotta cheese, meatballs, mozzarella, and oregano. We added the jalapeños and it gave it a nice kick. FUNGI is Alfredo and mozzarella sauce with shiitake and button mushrooms, ranch, green onion, ricotta and Parmesan cheese. This was definitely my favorite of the night. Very light yet packed full of flavor. ENSALADA house make tomato sauce, mozzarella, roasted Roma tomatoes, prosciutto, arugula, and crispy garlic all topped with a balsamic glaze. My second favorite of the night. I am a huge fan of arugula and prosciutto so this worked for me. NUTELLA AND STRAWBERRIES - Nutella, sliced strawberries, topped with powdered sugar. My favorite dessert of the night. It had a sweetness from the Nutella, the slight tartness from the strawberries, and the crunch of the crust. This was definitely a winner. BANANA- mozzarella, sliced banana, cinnamon,and sugar. Cheese and banana is different but something about the sweet and savory works. I was a huge fan of the crust, crispy yet still chewy and wasn't overwhelming like most pizza joints cause less be honest most of us throw away the crust. TIP, call ahead and or order online because they do get busy and pizzas are made to order so expect to wait a little and don't be rude/ entitled about it they're doing the best they can. Parking can be a bit challenging due to the outdoor seating area, but don't fret, you can easily find parking on the street or in the neighborhood. I highly suggest giving this place a try for yourself, I'll be back to try more items. Happy eating.
